How do I do this?

I know it's so simple yet I don't know where to go to change the layout of my boring blog? Any comments are much appreciated.

    Go to your blog - there should be a "design" tab in the upper, right corner. Click it. Once you're there, follow the column of options along left side of your screen. Towards the bottom, there should be two options--"layout" & "template"--those are what you want :)
